Welcome to the FAQ page. If you’ve wondered how our tees fit or whether we ship outside Australia (spoiler: yes), you’re in the right place. Skip the overthinking. Read on.

  • Where are your products made and shipped from?

    Almost everything carrying an 18Way logo is printed to order and shipped from our production facility in Byron Bay, Australia.

    This approach lets us offer a wider range of sizes, colours, and limited-edition designs, made just for you.

  • How long will my order take to arrive?

    Please allow around 15 business days for production and delivery within Australia. Some regional or remote areas may take a little longer.

    Need it sooner? Choose Express Shipping at checkout, it won’t speed up printing, but it will fast-track delivery once your order is on its way.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    Yes. We ship worldwide from Byron Bay. International delivery times vary by destination and may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the customer’s responsibility.

  • How can I track my order?

    Once your order has been printed and dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow its journey.

  • How do your tees fit?

    Our garments are modern-fit, not too tight and not boxy, true to size for most people. If you’re between sizes or prefer a looser feel, we recommend sizing up.

  • Do you have a size guide?

    Yes. Visit the Size Guide page with chest and length measurements in centimetres. Compare these to a tee you already own for the best fit.

  • What are your tees made from?

    We use premium organic ring-spun combed cotton, chosen for its softness, breathability, and sustainability.

    Our colours are garment-dyed for a rich, lived-in feel that gets better with age.

  • How should I care for my 18Way tee?

    Machine wash cold, inside-out, with similar colours. Avoid tumble-drying for best results.

    These are made to last, treat them like your favourite drive.

  • I’ve made a mistake on my order — can I change it?

  • Can I return or exchange my order?

    Yes — we want you to love your 18Way gear. You can return or exchange an item for any reason within 30 days of receiving it, provided it’s unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • How do I request a return?

    Simply email hello@18way.com.au with your order number and details. We’ll send you easy return instructions.

  • Who pays for return shipping?

    If the item is faulty or we’ve made an error, we’ll cover the cost. Otherwise, customers are responsible for return postage.
