5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship orders Australia-wide and internationally from Byron Bay, NSW.

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated 7–15 business days

  • Express Shipping: Available at checkout (production times remain unchanged)

  • International Orders: Delivery times vary and may incur customs duties and taxes payable by the customer.

Delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services.

6. Returns and Exchanges

We want you to love your 18Way purchase. You may return or exchange an item for any reason within 30 days of receiving it, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

To request a return or exchange, please contact hello@18way.com.au with your order number and details.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.

This policy operates in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

7. Consumer Guarantees

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
